how to convert a dat to geo?

there’s not a DAT to kind of operator for SOPs… and I don’t want to use an Add with tab expressions because the number of points will always change on the fly,
but basically all I need is to feed xyz points from a table to a sop and use them to create a spline.

DATtoCHOP > limit SOP should do it, or the oldschool way with a line and a point (or channel) SOP
