I have an .obj file that I’ve opened multiple times in my project with multiple File In SOPs.
I’d like to have a single File In SOP as a “master” geometry and create (shallow) copies of it so I can change the geometry by changing only the master, without having to manually change every File In SOP to the new geometry.
The Copy SOP doesn’t seem to be the right tool because it needs a physical connection to the original File In, and I need to have the copies/references spread across multiple levels of my network.
What’s the right way to do this? Thanks.
