how to play back a record CHOP at the speed it was recorded?

What’s the best way to play back the channels in a locked record CHOP so that they come out at exactly the same speed that they were recorded? I want to at least roughly sync some channels to some video shot at the same time as the data was recorded. (OSC channels from accelerometers)

Currently I’m playing with an oscillator who’s period is set to 1/total_number_of_seconds then using it to index a lookup CHOP with the locked record CHOP as its table input.

Is there a simpler or more elegant way to do this?

…just to follow up on this. I brought in the movie in a movie-in TOP and fed the audio to an audioMovie CHOP. Feeding the movie-in TOP to an Info CHOP lets me use the index_fraction channel to index a lookup CHOP that looks up the locked record CHOP.

that seems to work.
