Hi,
I’m trying to use midi keyboard input on Touchdesigner,
but every time I set up midi input newly, the unwanted “sense” channel appears automatically.
(It hasn’t appeared when I used other keyboards)
So I’d like to remove that channel named “sense”, but I don’t know how to remove certain midi channel not resetting.
How can I remove that certain midi channel?

That typically means that your keyboard is sending MIDI clock signals. Easiest thing to do would be to turn that off, which would reduce the amount of data being sent into the computer. If that’s not possible you could use a Select CHOP to filter the channel out.
You can also turn off ‘Simplified Output’ and manually specify which range of signals you want to accept in each of the fields. More work to setup, but you’ll always have a fixed order and set of channels to work with.
