Huge numbers when adjusting parameters with mouse

When I try to adjust any parameters by dragging the mouse, the value increases by huge increments, and it never decreases when dragging mouse left/right. This is happening with all OPs. I’m using 2021.14360 on Windows 10 through RDP. I tried creating a new project and it has the same problem.
