IES Light Profile support

This seems pretty common in previz pipelines and virtual production environments in game engines like Unreal, and Notch supports it as well. I wonder if either direct support in a LightCOMP or a palette gadget of some sort could be made to support shareable lighting fixture profiles, which would also be a boon for creating with a real world analog in mind by emulating specific fixture types for both previz and virtual performances.
