Importing CSV Questions

Hi guys, I have to extract data from a CSV so i got rid of the special chars by using substitute but the indent stills there so is there a way to delete this inside TD?

what happens if you just add those extra spaces before and after the special character in the table1 before column?
So instead of "•" you substitute " • "

Nothing happens, what i needed to do was to save as CSV but not UTF-8 so those characters imported as a question mark and then substitute those marks
