Incomplete borders on TOPs (Apple M1 Max)

I have noticed that borders appear incomplete near the top of the left and right borders on any TOP that generates borders- this also applies to Op Viewer TOP when looking at a container COMP that is generating borders however the issue is not visible in the viewer of the Container COMP. See attached screenshot, specs below.
