inPOP conncet order not updated in experimental

Create a base COMP and add multiple in-operators, one of them being an inPOP. Change the inPOPs connect order such that it should for instance appear last. The connectors won’t update on the base COMP sometimes.

I can’t share a tox or anything demonstraiting this, because the issue will fix itself as soon as you save or rename a tox.
