Hi, I purchased a license recently as well as a USB dongle, and I haven’t been able to find the necessary steps to move the license to the dongle in the documentation. I can install and disable the license in Key Manager for the machine I’m on, but I’m missing the step needed to install the license on the dongle, I assume in Code Meter. Thank you!
Thank you. I’ve emailed them twice in the last 2 days, but so far I’ve not received a response.
Licensing emailed me back and now I’m sorted! They sent me a link to transfer the license via a CodeMeter web service. (:
