Intancing can't work for actor COMP?

For actor COMP. instancing doesn’t work with postion, or another, as this function, is still developing ? or something I mistake

If you’re still looking for a solution I also posted about this just recently. In the General Discussion forum. You have to use the Bullet Feedback CHOP parameter. There’s an example in op snippets on feedbacking. I also uploaded an example. Not 100% sure exactly how this functions, but it works.
