Is 3d design a real trend that I should know?

Hello Folks,
I am a beginner in the field of design and I don’t know exactly the things I should be following?
Is 3d design a great concept that is still in trend that I should take care of?
Any tips or any suggestions on this thing.
Being a newbie I don’t have the right direction how to start everything and make it in a flow.
All suggestions would be really acceptable.

Hello,
Your question is not very clear. TD is based on 3D (coming from Houdini) and make a great use of 3D calculation. Its not compulsory but a great help to understand how 3D works but 3D design is another thing and better managed with proper 3D software (Houdini, Blender, C4D…).
There is some tutorials about 3D (namely SOP operators) in TD.
