Is there a way to disable a key off of a pc that has all of its files wiped?

Hi, I’ve recently switched over to linux and when I go to the disable key tab no keys show up even though I have a commercial license that’s still associated with my old install of windows 10. Is there any way to disable the key through my account settings?
