Is there a way to not throtle TD when it is not the system window on focus?

I am trying to stream NDI textures from a UE5 game in the same machine. When the game is not the system focus window it throttles the the processing… and same for TD, is there a way to open the perform window and have it running with full resources when it is not the active/focused window?

Hi,

I’ve encountered a similar issue. I’d also be curious about the TD side.

As for UE, in the Editor settings, there is a flag you can set that keeps UE from throttling CPU usage in the background. Setting that flag at least keeps UE from getting throttled, but, as you say, when TD loses focus, it’s performance seems to suddenly drop.
