Is there way to apply SOP to result of geometry instancing

So I created bunch of boxes using geometry instancing and now I’m interested if there’s possibility to apply to the result something like Boolean for example. Or maybe there’s way to ‘bake’ result of instancing or something to use it just as regular SOP model?

No. You would have to use the copy SOP instead of instancing

Can you still modify scaling/rotation of each copy with noise while using copy SOP?

yes. Look for “stamping” feature with copySOP
