Issue Logging in

I’ve been having an issue logging in with my derivative account. I downloaded TouchDesigner on a Shadow PC and it says “Error fetching data. Check network connection” every time i try to log in.

If you are behind a proxy you may experience issues, can you confirm you have a standard connection to the internet and not through proxy?
Can you try a different wifi network?

I’m not behind a proxy that I know of. I’ve tried two different Wifi networks but it still says the same error code. I was able to bypass it by creating a key on my account on the browser but it logs out every time I close it.

What do you mean it logs you out every time? Are you saying the license doesn’t work and you need to rekey TouchDesigner everytime you startup?

If that’s the case, that sounds like a permissions problem, you do not have permissions to write into the licensing folder. Are you running as a system admin? Are you on Windows or macOS. Which version of TouchDesigner are you using?
