I paste the top movie file into the kantan texture and enable it, but the file does not displayed in the kantan mapp window, how can i fix this?

Are you turning on the little enable flag beside the Texture field as shown here:

yes i trun on enable flag but the texture not display on rectangle window.

What video card is installed on your machine and are it’s drivers up to date?

Those drivers are from 2017, you should update your GPU drivers and try again. Getting the drivers from the laptop manufacturer might not yield anything newer, see if you can update through Intel driver page here: Support for Intel® Graphics
