Keyboard on screen request (touchscreen)

Hi there.
Does anyone know how to request windows keyboard appearing on touchscreen monitor (Dell) in TD’s text field?

There will be touchscreen with UI where you can type some text. Then I need to see keyboard on screen to make it works.
