Hello, I have encountered a bug with the kinect azure top and chop in TD 2025.32820. My computer specs are as follows:
Win10
i7-10750
rtx 2070
In the latest TD build (2025.32820), whenever I enable Kinect Azure Player Index, create a Kinect Azure CHOP, or Sync Image to Body Track option, my Azure Kinect starts power cycling.
Tested the same setup in an older TD build and everything works fine, so it seems like a bug rather than a hardware issue?

Hey @StudioM
Sorry for the delayed response.
I haven’t been able to reproduce your issue. Could you clarify some details for me?
- Which camera model are you using with the Kinect Azure TOP?
- When your camera power cycles, does your computer make a sound effect that the device has disconnected and reconnected?
- When you installed 2025.32820, did you select the Kinect Azure body tracking option in the installer?

Hello, and thank you for the response. It looks as though I forgot to checkmark the azure body tracking option on install!
