Leapmotion CHOP flickers

Good Morning everyone.

I have some problems with the leap motion tracking via the Orion API Version 4.

The leapmotion CHOP flickers, giving an unstable signal

This also happen when selecting the V2 tracking API

Didn’t have this problem when I was using windows 10, but since I updated to Windows 11, the problem appears

Config : PC window 11 (up to date), Touchdesigner (2025.3228)

For the first time, this message appeared on the Ultraleap Control Panel :

“Your Device may be connected to a USB hub or low powered port, which can cause hand tracking issues? Please try a different port.”

That’s what I did, but still got the same problem, even with my Windows 10 portable PC…

Wish I could install an older version of the Control Panel app, but I can’t find the download links anymore…

Alright, so I bought another second hand leapmotion V1, thinking the first one I had was defective.

But I still have that same problem

Any help would be much appreciated

Turns out I just updated my motherboard (Asus TUF Gaming) drivers, and finally everything seems to be working just fine :smiley:
