I have a little problem, sometimes a letter G appears on a node, and the node becomes monochrome. And I can’t reverse it unless I delete it and re add it. Is there a better solution to this?

Activate the viewer of the node (the plus sign in the bottom right), then right click inside the viewer and see if anything is checked.
sounds like you have it displaying the green values.
As Elburz mentioned, once the TOP is activated, you can toggle between the different color components.
R,G,B,A (hitting the same letter twice will untoggle it, and restore it to default).
Oh yeah, once I pressed letter G, it turned on all the colors again,
