Lfo pause and re trigger

Hello all

I am working on a project which involves rotating a text sop using the twist sop, with that I am trying to use an Lfo set to ramp, connected to a math chop to span from 0-360. Now my question is I would like to stop the ramp at 360 and hold that value until triggered to restart as well as sending out A value to indicate when it reaches “180”
This one has been really bugging me,

Have you tried a Timer CHOP? Seems like it would work better. You can set some of the callbacks like the warnings and such to trigger scripts to pause and resume the timer, or just reset it outright.
