License Dongle don't work on 088 Player

Hello,

I have transferred a new TouchPlayer license to a new license dongle. The License Dongl is recognized by the 099 Player. But not by the 088 for which I need the license. Has anyone had a similar problem and can help me?

I have installed the version 088.62960.
