Location of moviein TOP temp files?

Hey everybody

when using an http address in the movieinTOP, where does the TOP store the downloaded images and for how long are these valid?

They go into $TEMP/touchtmp. The filename will contain the process ID it in to avoid conflicts.
Orphaned old files are cleaned up on startup for sure, and possibly files are also cleaned up upon quitting TouchDesigner. I’m not sure off the top of my head about that. So, they are valid for the life of the process at the very least.
