I recently installed TouchDesigner & made an account, but when I go to put in my login information in the “Key Manager” popup when I open the app it flags my information as wrong, I have reset my password, copy & pasted it, and tried just about everything I could think of before making this, any idea why? I have the free version of TouchDesigner, if thats important.
Are you using your email address or your username in the key manager dialog?

sorry for your issues. Since you can login here, your username / password should also work in the key manager.
What version/build of TouchDesigner are you using?
You can also create keys on the website itself. Just be careful with using the correct system code.
