Looking to have TD record a NDI camera for a 1 hour delayed playback running non stop for 4 months

I am looking to have TD record a NDI camera for a 1 hour delayed playback running non stop for 4 months. I need to be able to auto play the file while reroding the next 1 hour file. To keep the HD clean I would like to auto delete all files after playback has completed. The program will be running unattended in an art installation and hopefully run completely automated. I am new to Touch Designer and looking for any assistance to help this project.

Moving playhead while capturing video

Another NOOB here. I am looking to record and playback a 1 hour delayed video stream as well. I have an added request to have this run 24/7 for 4 months. I will need to create files for playback then auto delete played files to clean up disk space. Can TD be programmed to do this. Will I need the Pro version or will the Commercial version be fine. Thanks.
