Mac - 2020-45520 View Change Keyboard Shortcuts Not working

On my system, Intel mac 11.1, TD 2020-45520 the only view changing shortcut that works is alt+2 (option+2 on mac).

Alt+1, and Alt+3 to Alt+9 are unresponsive.
