MacOS 10.14.6 "L1 Key Error" TouchPlayer Commercial with CM Dongle

We have a client running into a Bug every time they open a TouchPatch with the TouchPlayer Commercial on a CodeMeter Dongle on their MacBook Pro.
They tried applying the fixes suggested on the error Window, with their system administrator (they do not have access to the admin account on the machine).
The computer is a MacBook Pro 15 Inch, 2017 with Os 10.14.6.

When they applied the fixes, did the commands run without error? Does the directory /Library/Application Support/ca.derivative exist on the machine?
