Making a projection interactive? (without a kinect and on a mac)

Hi everyone
I’m new to TouchDesigner and its workflow. For a school project, I wanted to make a similar interaction to this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oPZMb7hLJGY

Is it possible to create a similar interactive effect using just a webcam and the MediaPipe plugin for TouchDesigner?
If anyone has experience with MediaPipe in TD, or any tips, tricks, or even starter files that could help steer me in the right direction, I’d be super grateful! (I’m working on a mac)
