Match MIDIin CHOP number of samples to that of other operators


The MIDIin CHOP’s number of samples per channel remains 1 regardless of the sample rate to which it’s been set. This is makes it a bit difficult and confusing to work with alongside other operators running at the same sample rate.

For example, an LFO CHOP set to 480fps will have 8 samples per channel whereas the MIDIin CHOP will only have one.

I’d like to kindly bump this thread. I’m still wondering if there is something I’m not understanding in regards to the relationship between samplerate and number of samples per channel in the MIDIin CHOP.

Right now it seems not possible for me to cature higher resolution MIDI input than that of the session’s fps.
