I have a Midi Out CHOP inside one of my Base COMPs, where the Activate param of the Midi Out CHOP is exposed as a custom parameter to the COMP.
Deactivating and then reactivating said exposed custom Active param has no effect (ie. it acts as deactivated still), unless the viewer of the Base COMP is active and set to the Midi Out CHOP, or I navigate inside my Base COMP (or have it open in a different panel).
If I have the Parameter window of the Midi Out CHOP floating (and outside the comp) and I do the same deactivate - reactivate sequence (directly, not thru the parent comp param) it works.
Tried with both Expression and Binding to the parent param, both cases this happens.
