The Network Box and the Comment parameters are not appearing docked to the top right corner of the Pane, like it usually happens with the Annotate.
I still didn’t get the difference between the Network Box and the Annotate

Network Boxes are basically a simplified version of Annotates.
Network Boxes and Comments have their .utility flag turned on by default, so they don’t show up in searches, parameter dialogs etc.
But for comments, network boxes, and annotates you can right-mouse-button on them to bring up their parameters in a separate window.
