Movie Out settings in Export Movie settings, bitrate,lossless etc

I would like the same, more extensive, settings that are in the MovieOut TOP to be available under Export Movie settings.
I posted this as a newbie question but got no response so I guess it needs to be here.

MovieFileOut recording all frames

HI I need to record all my frames to video ,like in movie export, but use lossless or high data rate settings which can only be done in MovieFileOut, but which doesn’t have a setting for all frames. Am I missing how to do this in export or moviefileout? thanks Joe
