Multi-screen Output for Live Show

Hello there!

I am currently planning my hardware for an upcoming tour.

We are using an M3 MacBook or an M1 Max MacBook to drive one LED Screen Controller, sending 1080p50 through the internal HDMI port. In TD, a Window COMP is the main output.

For the next show, we also need to feed content to two other big screens, each at 4k50.
So in total, I have three outputs (1x 1080p50, 2x 4k50) and an internal monitor with the UI.
Other I/Os are SDI in (currently via TB Capture Card), Ethernet, Midi Interface via USB and Audio in via USB.

What would be the recommended hardware for the task? I would love to stay on the laptop, as we will carry the stuff around a lot.

Would you recommend an IO device (such as AJA Io 4k)? Is multiplexing an option? Can I just use a lot of adapters?
Is there a performance difference between a Window COMP and a Video Device Out TOP?

Thank you in advance!
