If I purchase one license (educational or commercial), can I use it on my PC and the laptop? I would use my PC for more complex work and the laptop when on the go.
I don’t mean to use both of them to run the show or something like that but for simple development.
You can disable the license on machine A and enable it on machine B.
Or have it a codemeter dongle for easy swapping. License Dongle | Derivative
