Multiple WIndow/Monitors - works on AMD, not on NVIDIA

hello,

i am tring to display several window comps over multiple monitors in a multiscreen setup, my understanding is that by assigning Monitor ID’s in the Window comps parameters i should be able to put each independent monitor in fullscreen mode by opening the window comp with the assigned id. This works on ATI Radeon HD4850 but not on a Geforce 560Ti, on the NVIDIA, when i open the second monitor the second closes, i hit escape on the open monitor and it closes and the other one switches on again. I can only do this on the NVIDIA by assigning the performance mode (F1) to the second window comp as operator … but i need more monitors, so i thought i should be able to do this vi the window comps ?

what am i missing ?

You don’t need to do one Window per monitor. You can (and should for best performance) have a single large monitor that covers all of your monitors. Use a Container COMP and Select COMPs to bring all your control panels + content into one big panel for display.
