No audio with AudioMovie CHOP

Hi,

I am experiencing an issue playing audio embedded in a movie file.

I drop a videoFileIN TOP and add an audioMovieCHOP. Video is playing ok but no sound in the CHOP (flat waveform). Sequential or Timeline mode.

If i extract the sound and load video and audio separately everything is ok.

Video codec : 8400 x 1050 pixels H265 / 20 Mbps / 25 fps

Audio codec : Stereo AAC 317 Kbps 48K sampling

Tested under Windows 11 and macOS Tahoe.

Hi,

This is a heavy movie file and i tried extracting a part to send as an example.

I guess there is something weird with the encoding because as soon as i try extracting :

  • extracting without re-encoding : the software crashes
  • extracting with very light re-encoding : audioMovie is working fine with the extracted part

I can send you the file if you want to have a look anyway but i thing there is something going on with the original encoding.
