if I feed a grid sop to a noise sop, by default, I get translations on the z axis but not x or y.
I thought the translation tabs would let me change this but they help tune the noise in to different parts of noise space
how would i move the points along x and y instead? I guess it’s a bunch of chops to be spagghettied together?
if there’ not a simple trick to do it could that be a RFE to have noise along the plane? right now, i guess we use the normals?

The best solution i found so far is changing the initial grid orientation to YZ axis for example. But you still get noise only in 1 axis, not two.
