Normal map not working properly

Hello!
I have been trying to put a simple phong shader with a normal map on a cube and the normal map is not showing properly. either with a Box SOP or wit an FBX cube exported from 3DS max, there is always two faces on the cube where the normal map is not working.

You can have a look at these images. the on the first one everything looks just fine, but on the second one (the next face on the cube) it seems as if there is no specular at all.
