G’day I have a license problem and can not find the solution online.
I have a Commercial license on a PC on site, which i just installed into Vivid (Light show in Australia).
I purchased a Player license with the intention of swapping it out, with the Full commercial, so i can continue working on the next thing.
However, when the PC was installed, there is very bad signal for an internet connection. I tried returning the license on and off over two days, but just kept getting ‘could not connect to server’ (Cant remember what exact message).
I have created keys for the licenses so i can do an off-line swap, but do not get the option to use them when uninstalling from the PC.
Can yopu point me to instructions for swapping licenses off-line?
