ok I'll ask - don't delete history for deleted nodes

As there’s a bug that gets rid of bookmarks (I’ve reported this a couple of weeks ago - and it may be related to what I’m doing below) I am left without bookmarks, and having to navigate every single time to a given place deep in the hierarchy (very frustrating).

The reason why I have to do it every single time is that - as I’m writing code - I keep deleting and re-creating the whole tree.

as it usually happened, any pane pointing to the tree that has been deleted gets sent back to /

I’d like to ask that:

  • the ← arrow, which used to work before (ie. go back to where I was before, which has been deleted but also recreated, so it exists!) should work again - it’s been a while that, if where I was has been deleted, the ← won’t go back anymore.
  • even better, if when refreshing the same location still exists (has been recreated) - don’t go anywhere in the pane! leave it in the same spot as it still exists!

thanks
dani

Hey Dani, I can’t find your post regarding the bookmarks. I’d like to take a look at your issue with that as they work in my testing here (there was a bookmark fix around build 4800 as well).

thanks
