Op Create Dialog doesn´t show TOPS & SOPS operators

Hello
I´m working in a macbook air from 2015, and when i try to install the last experimental 2019.37030 or newer 2020 versions and open the Op create dialog i can´t see the tops neither tops operators, it´s a kind of weird error because if i put the mouse over the space suppose to the operator i can see the description in white below and i can select the operator without problems.

I´ve tried to reinstall several from scratch, removing older versions before but without succesful actually.
Hope that somebody can launch some light over this “black hole”

to further analyze this, could you let us know what Mac OS your computer is running with?

I´ve just updated to Catalina this week because trying to solve the problem.
One user on the facebook help group told me how can be solved.

Preferences/Tops/Global res multiplier x1
