It seems there is some sore of bug when opening the OP create Dialog on a second monitor that is below the primary monitor. When you hit tab it doesn’t appear but it does show up in the list on the TD taskbar button (but you can’t can’t select it from there either). The bug doesn’t happen when the second monitor is positioned to the side of the primary monitor (in the Nvidia dialog). I’ve only just recently positioned my monitors this way so I haven’t noticed it happening with earlier builds I’ve just noticed it on build 6960.

I’ve just noticed that problem isn’t that dialog isn’t appearing it’s just no opening on the correct monitor. Here is my setup:
Only monitor 1 is on GPU0 and the rest are all connected to GPU1. When a Touch window is on screen 2 then the dialog opens on screen 3 if it is on 3 then it opens on 2. If the Touch is on screen 1 (primary) the dialog opens on 1.
