Op for spreads channels over time?

Do operator which channels spreads over time, for example. inlet - 3 channel seconds long , output - 1 channel 3 seconds long?

There are many CHOPs that do this kind of manipulation. The Join CHOP may be what you want. Also look at the Fan CHOP and the Shuffle CHOP for similar types of operations.
