Output and NDI Capture

I would like to make Touchplayer’s output full screen in order to use NDI Capture and to bring it into our projections system as a camera input with Qlab. I am using NDISyphon to bring it in as a camera source in Qlab. How can I access the full screen output on Touchplayer?

If you are looking to send content out of TouchPlayer using NDI I’d just use the NDI Out TOP. That way it doesn’t matter what the window position/size is, you can just output the result of your render directly via NDI Out TOP.
Or maybe I’m misunderstanding your requirements?
If you are looking to make your TouchPlayer window full screen, you’d use the Window COMP and set it to ‘Fill Area’ on the monitor you want it to cover.

Hi Malcolm, thanks for the reply.

No, our problem is a bit different. The company has developed a .toe file that I can’t edit- when I open it in Touchdesigner it opens the same way it would in Touchplayer.

The program is called Youlalight, for LED juggling props. It utilizes a key to detect the brightness of the juggling props and generates custom animations based on the motion of the props. They are then projected behind the talent, so it looks like the props have light tails trailing behind them.

Is there any way for me to edit the output of the video? I don’t understand where I am supposed to receive the output that I want to show on our projector. And I won’t be doing that from my laptop- I am using Newtek’s NDI Toolkit to capture the output, then feeding it into QLab via NDISyphon as a camera source.

If you press ESC when loadnig it in TouchDesigner, are you able to access the network editor? If not, they have fully locked the file (made it Private), then there is nothing you can do to change how the file operates. You’ll need to contact the company that made the project in that case.
