PanelCOMP.interactTouch() focus

I’m not sure if this is a bug or not, but I’m using a TUIO in DAT to transfer touch information from a remoted touch screen to a container. It seems as though I always have to have my viewer looking at the particular panel for the code to work, otherwise it gives me a failure of:

Traceback (most recent call last): File "/project1/base1/tuioin1_callbacks", line 44, in onTouches td.Error: No active panels found for component.

Any suggestions?

Hi this is a known issue, that we hope to resolve at some point.
In the meantime though, you will need those panels active and visible before interacting with them.
