Perform Mode: floating UI + external display + Ableton

Hi,

Trying to have a floating UI window and visuals outputted to a second destination while having the freedom to use other applications in Windows while in in perform mode. Is there a way to do this

I understand that having two windows induces a processing penalty and thus perform mode is ideal. However, I am doing visuals and audio at the same time and need access to audio software, for example, Ableton.

Any thoughts?

I think I figured it out. In perform mode an Ableton window can float over and have it on the same screen as the UI. Seems like this is how it is done.
