Top link! I did not know yet… thank you

can help me maybe. in the selection of which controller is good best not too expensive but with the option to build more on it …

do i need a controller to control 20 and more LED strips ?

my english is lousy better polish or german

PixLite 16 will get you 16 (or 32 in expanded mode) LED strips from one controller for one of the “not too expensive” controllers. https://www.advateklights.com/pixlite-16-mk2-control-board

have also found this… are they always such prices ? can you build it yourself with arduino or so? controller I would like to buy but currently no money for it ready

Thank you for your letter.

This controller has 16 SPI LED outputs, each output can control 2 DMX universes, Max. 32 universes.

And this controller has 2 DMX output, you can control the DMX Fixtures through these two port.

You can use TouchDesigner, Unity 3D, or another software to control LEDs by Art-Net protocol.

The unit price of the artnet-spi16 is 328USD. This price does not include shipping and does not include tax.

In the lower price ranges I would recommend
https://dmxking.com/led-pixel-control/ledmx4-pro
But it can drive less strips

You can use an arduino instead if you have the time and skills, but you will likely need some additional daughter boards (no sure). Also not sure what the max amount of strips is. Likely you will invest a lot of time getting this to work

Cheap enough to give a try.
TD to Art-net to LED strip pixels?

I can confirm that the above LED controller works
I used this video

and I also sent a fourth channel of white to work with RGBW leds.

https://shop.chroma.tech/ The Angio line are a really nice line of affordable ArtNet controllers. I use them on an installation and they work very well.
