Hi everyone, I recently scanned a room with scanniverse and downloaded the rendering in . PLY on my pc. As I am busy training with a youtube tutorial, I follow the steps but I find myself already blocked. My model has no visualization unlike the tutorial or we see the object in 3D. On mine we can only see the lines of 3 dimensions.

are there menu items in the Red, Green, and Blue parameters for you to choose or are these empty?
Also does this change when you play forward? Looks like your timeline is paused.
Can you share your ply file?

what build of TouchDesigner are you running, what OS are you on, and can you move the file to a different folder and try loading again?

How do you arrived to a “File In” board when i have juste “BRRIO.Ply” and a “Null” ?

Can you share the full specs of your computer? You don’t have any Dedicated GPU ?
Additionally, there is a warning in your screenshot, move your mouse over the warning sign and click to see what it states. You can also middle mouse click on the operator.
The file is likely not correctly loaded, or you need to use the Parameter dialog of the operator to set the PLY attributes to the proper RGBA channels.
Once you take those steps, your null1 should display something similar to what Markus got in his screenshot.
Everything is up, go earlier in the discution you will see my others screenshots with the warning infos. I loaded it right i think, I just grab it from my desktop into TouchDesigner board. “you need to use the Parameter dialog of the operator to set the PLY attributes to the proper RGBA channels.” - I don’t know how to do that

sorry - this is hard to debug ass we can’t replicate the issue.
What i can’t find information on in the post: are you on a dedicated GPU or integrated graphics?
Do you have issues loading other files, like images and movies?

I have integrated graphics and i did’nt have any other issues. Images and movies work well.
Its definitly not working on my Touch designer but on Blender the model can be load

this as well loads fine - @robmc saw from your first screenshot that the project is in a Dropbox. We are wondering if it could have something to do with that. Is it possible for you to test outside of that dropbox?
