Problem with network connection

Hello!
First time Topic post here.

I’m working on a project to control lighting via DMX, audio and visuals using projection and pepper’s ghost holo displays. It’s getting pretty big and I’m noticing artifacts in the audio when changing scenes (using sceneChanger).
So, my thought was to handle all lighting and visuals on another computer and control via Touch Out CHOP:s and DAT:s.
I understand that this might not be the best solution, and that optimizing my project might solve the problem, but now I really want to learn network connetion in TD.

But I can’t get connection between the computers, it says: “No network connection”. But, NDI connection via network does work which is strange.

What I tried:

  • Touch Out CHOP / DAT / TOP
  • Changed to UDP
  • OSC Out
  • Changed port
  • Opened port on BitDefender Firewall
  • Turned of Firewall in Bitdefender on both comps
  • Tested the OP:s localy and it works

Specs and info:

Windows 11 on both
TD 2023.11760 on both
BitDefender on both
Localy connected via cable (tested WiFI also)
Same subnet, set as private network, can Ping and find on network

Any ideas?

I always try turning off firewalls and seeing if that works. If it does, you know where the problem is, if not how to solve it…

Ah forgot to mention that, turned it off on both computers (inside BitDefender). But, I have a nagging feeling that the firewall still might be the issue, that or Windows Defender still running in the background somehow.
